LOAN DOCUMENTS-

Purchase transactions and REO transactions $125.00 and up
Refinances, reverse mortgages and HELOCS $60.00
Partial document signing completed (10 pages or less) $30.00
Appointment no shows: $25.00. (Travel fee for no show is the same as if
signed.)
Trust Signings: $10 per document and signature (an attorney must be
present for legal representation and advice regarding documents otherwise notary
can notarize documents). The law office of David A Casey
can provide legal services regarding estate planning.
E-Document Printing: Negotiable
Travel fees are allowed if signer agrees
and if Notary explains that the travel fee is separate from notarial fees.
Fees are negotiable based on time of travel and distance to location.

Acknowledgments: $10.00 per signature

Proofs: $10.00 Copy of Journal Entry for Public: $.30 cents per page + $10.00 if
certified opy
Protest of non-payment or non-acceptance: $10.00 and, in addition, $5.00 for
notice of non-payment + 5 for recording protest
Certification of a copy of a power of attorney under Section 4307 of the Probate
Code: $10
Additional Information: In accordance with Section 6107, no fee may be charged
to a United States military veteran for notarization of an application or a
claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other
veteran’s benefit.
No fee may be charged to notarize signatures on absentee ballot identification
envelopes or other voting materials.
